EPISODE 6 - Jan 21, 2007 Not much riding this week again - with the holiday, some appointments and crappy weather, just didn't get out enough. The episode should be good for a workout though - Lots of different styles, but all of it at a nice pace for riding. EPISODE 5 - Jan 15, 2007 It's been seven days since my last ride - had to travel for work. I'm itching to get back in the saddle, and I will be cranking this episode when I do.
